Causticized Lignite

Free flowing salt of lignite contains about 75% organic acids. It is widely used as thinner and down hole fluid reducing loss particularly at high temperature. It also acts as stabilizer for oil/water emulsions. Quality specifications:1) Solubility: readily solution in fresh and seawater2) Thermal stability: about 170°C3) Particle size (wet sieve, by weight): 90%min, should pass through 30meshes4) Moisture content: max. 15% by weight5) Physical state: the material as received should be free flowing powderApplications:It is widely used in all kinds of drilling fluid systems as thinner or reducer with normal dosage of about 0.2 - 0.4%.
